CookResponsible for food prepared in kitchen for assigned stations before and during unit operations, Comply with portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies and procedures, cook all food to proper specifications in acceptable timely manner, maintain sanitary workstation, clean prep area, refrigerators and other food storage areas, effective set up and break down of assigned areas by following opening and closing procedures. Maintain all kitchen equipment in full working order and maintain proper company uniform and hygiene standards
DishwasherRinse and load dishes into dishwasher, unload dishwasher and store dishes
Food Prep / Prep CookCut/slice/ prepare foods for Chef, Stock food prep area
Line Cookcooking, follow chef menus, timely fill orders, practice sanitation standards
RunnerTransport food and beverage items between key areas, provide support to supervisors as requested
SupervisorSchedules/ directs staff, oversee function or event, fill for help in any area when needed
